Jexy & Joe's Garage Conversion

After I redid their front porch, we took the plunge and converted their two car garage into a office/studio space along with a remodeled bathroom.  Jexy and Joe wanted to combine front and back and were going to literally connect the two structures, but since this is L.A, i proposed a deck  that spanned the two and acted as an outdoor living space and a hallway to pass from front to back and side to side.  Inside we raised the ceiling and added large windows, french doors and skylights to add much needed natural light.  We gutted and expanded the bathroom and created a new shower with a large window to give it an indoor/outdoor feel.
